Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Unwize (“we”, “us”) operates Unwize at unwize.in, a CUET preparation platform offering mock tests, previous year questions and guidance. By creating an account or using Unwize, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need an account to attempt tests. Keep your password private — you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be a student preparing for the CUET, and at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, please use Unwize with a parent or guardian’s knowledge.

3. Fair use of tests

Mock tests are meant to simulate exam conditions. Don’t share question content, attempt to extract answer keys, use automated tools, or let another person attempt a test on your account. During an attempt we monitor tab-switches and fullscreen exits; repeated violations may be flagged on your record.

4. Payments and access

Paid plans are one-time purchases processed by Razorpay. Each plan grants access to the subjects or streams described on the plans page until the end of the CUET exam cycle you joined for. Content is licensed to you personally and is not transferable or refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Our content

Questions, explanations, scorecards and study paths on Unwize are our property or used with permission. CUET is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA); we’re an independent preparation platform and not affiliated with NTA or any university. Materials are aligned to the CUET pattern but are our own work.

6. Your content

Your profile details, answers and analytics stay yours. We use them only to run your dashboard and improve recommendations — see our Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep Unwize fast and available, especially on heavy mock-test days, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service. If a technical failure on our side disrupts an attempt, write to hello@unwize.in and we’ll make it right (for example, resetting the attempt).

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use Unwize after that means you accept the updated terms.
